In Ludlow, town officials are seeking funding to fix a mobile home park. Elizabeth Kulas, the Executive Director of the Housing Trust of Rutland says the town should evaluate and upgrade the Tuckerville Mobile Home Park by repairing its septic system and making road improvements. Kulas says that it’s necessary to continue to develop and maintain affordable housing in Ludlow. This week the town’s Select Board passed a motion to apply for a Community Development Grant.
