Last week in Williston, the select board voted not to approve liquor licenses to Monty’s Old Brick Tavern, due to an incomplete application, and to the Colonial Deli-Mart, also known as the Jiffy Mart on Essex Road, due to a violation that will be explained to the owner at the next meeting.
